We are located in a little corner of a little industrial park a stone’s throw west of the Lisle Senior High School, at approximately Latitude: 41º: 48′ – Longitude: -89º: 55′. Or, about 26 miles west of downtown Chicago.
We ask that you use Advanced ROES. It’s Free and it’s Easy. Both of those should be good enough reasons. You may drop off an order over the counter, but it will NOT qualify for Economy pricing.
Yes! Just kidding, we won’t force you. If you’d like to come in to drop off your first order or two, see how the lab works, and get a little help, please do. But after that, Yes! Believe us, you won’t be disappointed in the ease of placing your orders through Advanced ROES… unless you’re trying to submit an item for restoration or film scanning… In which case, come on down!
Please use your phone number in the Account # field. That will be your new account number. Pretty easy to remember!
All of our pricing is listed on the website. If you don’t see what you are looking for, or have a custom order in mind, don’t hesitate to call us! 630.969.1300
Our turnaround times vary depending on the product. You can find them on each product’s web page. Quite often, jobs are done quicker than our stated times, but if you need a job rushed please select 100% Next Day Rush on the Review page in Advanced ROES. If it is a particularly large order, either in size or quantity, make sure to call us to ensure we can meet your needs.
Yes, by all means! You have the option to request 100% Rush Service when completing your order in Advanced ROES. Please call us if you have an extraordinary rush, like you needed it last Tuesday. We will be happy to do our best to accommodate, although time travel is, as I’m sure you are aware, still impossible. One day…..
We recommend files to be shot in Adobe 1998 or sRGB color space and submitted that way, too. Click here for a little more info.
Not at this time. We also do not accept PSDs. We love JPEGS. Please send us JPEGS. If you don’t know how to convert your files, please give us a call and we’ll guide you through it!
Since a JPEG is a compressed file, it transfers much easier and saves you bandwidth and time. There is no printable difference between the 2 file types, so we recommend sending us JPEGs.
Worry not about the DPI, fair Horatio…for it’s the pixel size that matters. We recommend you capture images intended for printing as the largest file your camera will allow. Rather than “rez-ing up” your files, let us re-size your file to ensure you get the best quality output. If you are still not sure (or they’re from your family vacation and were shot with your iPhone), open your file in an image application such as Photoshop and zoom in to 100%. This will give you an excellent representation of how the file will print.
Photographic prints can be printed at a width of 30″, and Giclee and Fine Art prints can be printed as wide as 44″. Our new Latex printer can print as wide as 64″!
