PLEASE READ: Typical FTP ordering is done through our Advanced ROES. If you are here, instructions have been given to you by a member of our staff and your transfer is approved via this method.

As a reminder, all files for must be submitted in a folder, named with your StudioName_OrderName. Loose files may be lost or copied over, hence, are not accepted and will be automatically deleted without additional warning or notice.

INSTRUCTIONS: Use the browser window on the left (this is view your computer) to navigate to the folder(s) for uploading. Highlight folder(s) and click once on the upper single blue arrow (>) to copy the folder to the upload cart on the right. Hit the "upload" button when all folders have been moved to the upload cart.

Once your upload is complete, you will be prompted to email us to verify that the upload is complete since the FTP method does not know when the transfer is finished. Use the name of your folder in the subject line and include the total number of files you submitted. If an email is not sent, your order will not be processed.
