Our Advanced
ROES (Remote Order Entry System) is the latest in remote
ordering software.
This will enable you to remotely submit images and orders for most of our photographic print services.
Why use Advanced ROES?

Three Simple Steps
to begin
- Once you click the "launch ROES"
link, your computer will load the latest Java (if you do
not have it already), and download our catalog for immediate
use.
- The first time you run ROES, please
completely fill out your customer information. If
you do not have an account with us, simply type in "NewCustomer"
in the account information box.
- Browse through the "splash page" for instructions
on maneuvering the software.
FAQ's?
Does Advanced ROES work with all operating systems?
Almost. It works with all current versions of Windows, Linux, Apple OS X 10.3 or higher.
What is Java?
Java is a program that allows for interactive
applications through web browsers (version
1.6 or higher is required).
What do I do if I don't see a product that I need to order?
Call us. We continually add products
on an ongoing basis and will accommodate your request if possible.
What are the recommended "Preference"
settings?
I cannot launch Advanced ROES from the desktop shortcut, what do I do?
Simply click on the green arrow at the top of the page, or click here to re-launch. If you are still unable to launch ROES, please contact us.
Can I use the Java that came with my Vista operating system?
No. Vista's version of Java is not truly compatible with many Java based software, including Advanced ROES. Sun Microsystems's Java (which is the industry standard), is necessary for full compatibility. It is best that you remove Vista's version of Java from your computer and download the latest version of Sun Microsystems's Java by clicking here. Launching ROES will also prompt you to have, and install the latest version of Sun's Java.
